Alright guys, sorry for the late response but here's what I got from investigating it. I went through every single addon I have enabled with the ones in the collection and everything matches exactly with no mistakes. When playing this scenario myself it works just fine with only one notification that comes up that I had to delete. Besides that it was smooth sailing. Looking that others have played it and not reported any problems I would suggest making sure that only the mods required for this are enabled. Also telling me what the error says would definitely help.
1. Missions pop too fast. Have more of a time interval between missions popping up OR setup so you can put yourself "on duty" and "off duty".
2. The bank robbery has the task waypoint set to the castle ruins insted of the bank of Altis (I know the description says bank of altis so I was still able to complete the mission).
3. I know you are going for a realistic feel but 39 mods is a bit much for a mission. Most of the cars could be removed without much of a change in gameplay (may just use the car pack and remove all the individual car downloads). Another option is to release a "Lite" version with minimal required mods. This would probably greatly improve fps as I'm getting around 20 fps with i7 6700, 16gb of ram, and GTX 970. No one wants to turn down their graphics settings just to run a mission.
4. Some kind of penalty for running over or killing civilians.
Keep up the good work!
2) The reason why the task waypoint is set for the castle is because in the task description the main mission was to go up to the castle and snipe the suspects from the view point, with a side option to go guns blazing.
3) You make a fantastic point. I'm going to do just that and delete some of the cars not needed to lower the amount of downloads needed.
4) That's a really interesting idea. I'll try to look into this as much as I can.
Great ideas! Keep them coming if you got anymore. Thanks
