Friends and I are trying this mod for the first time. We aren't familiar with all of the expansion material yet, so we're trying to figure out what these "Alliance" cards are and how they're activated. For example, as the Nekro player, I have a card called "Nekro Alliance", subtitle "Parallel Computing", after the effect is "After you gain a technology: You may draw 1 action card."

We cannot find anywhere either online or in the mod's documentation what this card is, what expansion it comes from, or how it is used. Help D:
