Is Lightning Hands supposed to work with a primary pistol?
I have a pistol equipped in the primary slot and nothing equipped in the secondary slot. The Lightning Hands icon doesn't even appear in the button bar.

Is this intended behaviour? If not, what am I doing wrong?

Also having this problem, don't know if this has to be with any other mod i added

in XComRPG.ini it says it only applies to the secondary slot
