Hi folks,
i recently downloaded RPGO. Great mod btw.
On the 1st promotion of my soliders i get 2 random abilities. Sometimes they dont fit to the overal skills of the soldier. I would like to have no random abilities and would set the choosable abilities over commanders choice to 5, so i can decide by myself.
Now the question :)
How can i set this two random abilities to zero. In which .ini i can change it?

I have set it to zero in MCM, but i still get the abilities.
