How to remove ability prerequisites
I would like to remove ability prerequisites because I use RPGO alongside with some non-RPGO custom classes and many times abilities like blade storm and shadow strike that require previous abilities to be acquired cannot because the skill tree doesn't have them.

Go into the config > XcomRPG.ini

scroll down to ability prerequisites, comment out / delete the line you dont want

unrelated but:
You can also add weapons for abilities in this file if per say you wanted to use light-em-up with a cannon just add cannon at the end of the weapon restriction line for light-em-up
