Is there a place in the config files that will allow me to narrow down the range of Natural Aptitude and Combat Intelligence? I'd like to have a barracks full of identically skilled and genetically cloned soldiers to match the Star Wars play through I'm about to start and doing it by console command takes FOREVER.
