Updated to reflect recent changes

How do I use this feature? Can't seem to figure it out.

It hasn't been updated in a while, but you put in the soldiers starting stats, in starting stats, and how many points you want to add to each stat in the points to add column. You can also change the AP After Perks field to play with different builds.

Thanks but I can't enter anything, just get a buzzing sounds when I press the button.

If you mean the column of A, yeah, it's locked, only the boxes next to the above mentioned areas are usable, so ap after perks, starting points, and points to add. Those are the only places you can put numbers.

I dont have the option to raise the stats of my soldiers. is the because of an update?

If you are having an issue in game, you need to ask Muashi, who created RPG overhaul. This is a excel spreadsheet to help calculate possible stat combinations, and how many AP they will cost.
