I am hosting a server on The Center called [ New 2/3 X10 all, Transformounts, CF, S+, AA and more ] since 2/3 and decided to start promoting it to get a nice community goping. I am new at hosting servers, but my plan is to make it a little challenging when it comes to pvp. I want to promote online pvp, not offline pvp. But i also want a good community that is not always killing eachother.

Now, some of the settings, rules or mods may be changed/removed depending on how server progress and of course, how the modders keep their mods updated and compatible. The rules are a little to long to read, but it will give you guys an idea on how i want to run the server. Read them and if this server fits your needs, you are welcome to join. As of right now the server have had visitors and some of them have stayed. Admins does not participate on PVP, but they do play the game. Any admin command will be broadcasted, so people will know when an admin uses a command and what command they using. I do not tolerate any cheaters, therefore admins will not use commands to bully community.

Rules:

1- No building on resource/artifact caves.
- Any other cave is ok to build.
- Tribe/player found doing so, will be given a chance to dismantle the structures. Failing to do so in 2 days will cause all structures of such Tribe/player to be destroyed.

2- No pillar/foundation spam over the map.
-Tribe/player found doing so may get tribe's building destroyed.

3- No Offline raid of any kind.
- That means no C4 preparations or "fort" preparation waiting for player to log in.
- Tribe/player found doing so will be banned and their structures, items and dino will be transfered to the victim.

4- No alliance betrayal.
- Tribe found doing so will be banned and their structures, items and dinos will be transfered to the Victim.
- If you want to end an alliance both parties have to be online and have to agree, screenshots the agreement as proof.

5- No unfair raids.
- You can only raid tribes that are as powerful as you.
- If you are on Metal tier, you cannot attack players with Stone or lower tiers.
- Tek is allowed to attack metal.
- If a stone tier tribe try to raid you, then you are allowed to raid them back. (Screen shot needed as proof)
- Stone bases or lower with Heavy turrets is considered as metal tier.
- Any tribe found to break this rule will be banned and their structures, items and dino will be transfered to the victim.

6- Only 1 main base per tribe and up to 2 small "farming" structures.
- Its considered as main base any structure of 20 foundations or more.
- Farming bases cannot be bigger than 10x10x5 and cannot have any turrets.

7- Platforms structures is x 2
- Do not "shield" your dinos using walls or ceiling.
- Do no cover the raider.
- Raider must be able to be picked up and/or targeted by "snipers".
- Any Tribe/player found breaking this rule is at risk of getting the dino instant killed.
- If player persist on breaking this rule, its putting at risk the rest of the dinos on the tribe and/or even the Tribe's structures.

8- Taming
- When you build spikes or walls or any structure around a creature that is being tame to protect it, dont forget to remove them.
- Any player that notices a structure, please notify the owner with the coords so they can remove them.
- Failing to remove the structures, walls or spikes, will result on the admin taking action and destroy them. (this is not a tribe structure wipe)
- Lets try to keep the map clear of unused structures so we dont experience lagg in the future.

9- Raiding and Passive dinos
- When raiding someone try to avoid unnecessary killing. If the dino dont oppose a treath to you and can be avoided, avoid it. Lets try to keep passives casualties low.

10- Surrender
- If you are being raided and you dont want to suffer heavy damage, you can surrender to the enemy.
- A surrender have to be posted on chat and screenshot as evidence.
- If you choose to surrender, you will have to give access to the raider to all your loot by unlocking stations and storages.
- You will also have to give access to one member of the attacker tribe to join your tribe to verify that you dont have valuables hidden inside your dinos.
- The raider will only take whatever he/she conside of valor and leave untouch anything that is not of valor to him/her.
- The attacker party is not allowed to drop items to the floor. They are not allowed to unclaim dinos or to pick-up or destroy any structure.
- In no way the attacker party is to harm any more the surrended party, their structures or dinos.
- Anyone found abusing of this rule or exploiting it, will be banned. If you guys cant be polite when raiding, then move to a server that fits your play style.

11- Prissioners
- No one is allowed to take people as prissioners only to bully them.
- Max prision time is 30 minutes when not raiding and 1h while raiding.
- A prissioner can only be taken on the wild if such person attacked you.
- Anyone found breaking this rule, will have their character in a prison for 24h.
- If player persist with this behavior, they will be banned.

12- Chat
- While is ok to "trash" talk during a raid, i enforce people to be respectful when doing so.
- Do not spam chat.
- Do not use offensive language, we can trash talk without the need of getting nasty or personal.
- Person found to do so will be asked to stop the behavior, failing to comply, will cause such player to be banned for 24h.
- If the person persist on continue with this behavior, it will be banned permanently.

13- Admin "help"
- Admin is not obligated to help anyone under any condition, unless a rule is being broken.
- Admins "cheats" will be broadcasted on the chat, so everyone will know when an admin is using a command.
- Admins does not participate on Raids, or make alliance or anything that may give an unfair advantage to one tribe against another.
- Admin tribe is called Admin and is not to be attacked.
- Admins will not "spawn" any dino or item for anyone under any circustances.
- Lost dinos due to a map bug is not the admin's fault, dont ask admins for replacement of such dino.
- If you fly a dino to the admins turrets, we apologise for the troubles, but we are not responsible for that loss. If we are online we will return your items if they to be found, but thats the best we will do.
- We will not "sell" dinos or accept any donation in exchange for a dino or items. We will not be asking for donations to support the server either.

• Special Events and server hosted raid events with rewards
• Custom PvP Deathmath Arena on all PvP maps
• Character, Items and Dinos can transfer from PvP map to PvE map, but only characters can leave the Crystal Isles map and return to the PvP maps
