Settings help needed

I been trying to set it up to reward some points for folks on my server every half hour, but it hasn't been doing anything. Can anyone tell me what I need to look for to get it to work?

BonusFrequency=900
BonusAmount=5
AllNewPlayersEligibleForBonus=true
VaultMaxItemSlots=50
DisableAddItemsToVault=true

these are my settings to reward playeres every 15 mins with 5 points

you would change the 900 to 1800
