i agree with the first stats proposed
Pro :

+ 25% damage
+ 10% accuracy
+ Hold on right-click to fire an explosive shot that deal damage on an area

= Consume 50 metal each time used and 3 bullet

Cons :

- 50% fire rate
- 50% magazine size
+30% Accuracy
Press and hold alt-fire for 2 seconds and shoots 50% of the clip and reveal cloaked spies, and they take mini-crits for 3 seconds

-30% Damage
-25% Clip size
10% Slower firing speed
I was thinking this:

+Pros
+when Impact, it will release a small explosion and the damage will be around 18 and near the person who is near the impact will recieve 5% of damage
+when critted (With the kritzkriege, not capping the intel and getting free crits) the gun will have 2x stats on damage and only use metal for ammo instead

-Cons
-slow firing speed, like PBPP (Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol)
-can hold around 7 shots
-when used with the kritzkriege, you cannot use the Dispenser or get ammo packs or build any buildings

great idea! but i think maybe tweak it a bit like this:
+25% damage
+ charge up for bigger explosion and up to 75% damage boost

-25% fire rate
-only 33 bullets
-90% max secondary ammo (aka only ten reserve shots)

it's deadlyer, but also a bit more difficult to use to compensate.

.projectile cannot be defflected (exept for Short Circuit)

-Pro Alt-Fire
.Charges up a shot draining spy's cloak batery by 70%
.Mini-Crits disguised spies
.Forces spy to undisguise

-Projectile (same speed as Direct Hit)

+Can grab buildings at long distances for 125 metal

these are pretty good stats
I agree with the orignal stats they seem pretty cool and honestly this gun should have came with TF2

You get mini-crited if backstabbed

So pretty much a toned down Loose Cannon for Engie?
I'm so far in I'm balls deep!
this gun looks like one of them stun guns, so maybe it can also shoot zappers off of buildens as well.
