If you still dont know lol this is late but if anyone else does not know and you have windows it goes here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps (I think cause it matched up with what dan said well the last part does)

It is just the Lump file for doors window teleports and everything else apart from sound
