We could use both but do be aware that we're not gonna add like 500 new and amazing enemies, most likely just some polish, a few ideas we do end up liking, and smaller tweaks if we like them.
We're actually working on a nerf to it currently.
Alo, are there any other item unlocks? It seems I unlocked Penance after beating Mom, and Broken Wings after bearing Blue Baby (or Isaac, I forgot). Anything else?
Generally it's a nice Mod, but I think Duke of Flakes should attack a bit more. I wasn't particularly strong, but I killed him even before he attacked for the first time.
Also, since Sarah gets stats based on her extra non-red hearts, maybe she should be able to get them even when she has all of her heart containers? After getting them all I was unable to get any special hearts, and therefore her starting ability became useless. Maybe give her another starting item that would store all special hearts and do not display them in the hearts UI? Kinda like Bethany from Antibirth.
Also, what exactly Hyper Dice does? I didn't get it yet, but it sounds pretty nice. Does it for example change a secret room into a super secret room or a treasure room?
I can think of three things that might make it more appealing, other than just making it do more damage.
1. It was really disappointing when it didn't melt the ice blocks in the Glacier. Have it do that. In fact, other interactions like shattering pots, detonating bomb rocks, and heating up unbreakable blocks to damage anything that touches them would make it really fun.
2. Don't have it just put out fires, have it make them EXPLODE! Adding more fire to a fire should make it swell up big and then burst, shooting out ground fires all over the place.
3. Have it grant immunity to fire damage. You breathe fire. Your head's full of fire. Why not embrace it all the way and be ONE with the fire? Fire shouldn't hurt you when you have Burning Bush, because the fire is a part of you. (Minor benefits like never getting chilled would be good too.)
...in other words, give it some fun interactions and side benefits to capture the aresome feeling of BREATHING FREAKING FIRE to make up for the fire delay, lack of knockback, and for some reason less impactful damage.
Glass Shard reflects enemy tears and bleeds enemies. When it gets bloodied(by touching an enemy), its next reflected tear deals more damage.
I don't think we can do that. Besides, it adds a bit more depth to the character, what with not going too overboard on redhearts but stil having way more than the other characters.
Hyper Dice changes a special room's layout into another layout.
There is another item in the mod which does render you immune to fires, however. I threw some ideas at coders but overall the item is still pretty good.

Where basically you pick an item, fight waves of mobs, then the next room is the same thing, and then the 3rd room is like a Boss Rush (Except more "tame"...)?
