The war paint is simple yet sharp with simple geometry which is great, because it means it can be used on almost anything and look good. If the design would be applied to a PC background, then it would most likely be used on the tf2 world´s computer desktops (and I´d use it too). I can imagine this being used by a casual player and a serious comp player alike. Therefore I don´t know which tier I would give this, just because it covers such a large portion of people that would use it.
