I think I found the reason
uninstalled the "ragdoll death" if you have it.

Don't have this mod and i have the same issue. I have Fedhoria and some other mod to make the ragdolls more realistic but I doubt this would effect the FOV.

If this problem is only affecting scoped weapons, I might know of a fix. You can change your ADS FOV in Q menu > Options > MW Options > View Model. Add about +30 to your decimal value to get your ADS back to the same FOV level when SharpeYe is enabled. For example, if your ADS FOV is at 1.20, change it to 1.50.

Unfortunately I don't know of a fix within SharpeYe's settings yet, but if you use scoped weapons often this might help, albeit tedious if you toggle Sharpe on or off often.

Probably got fixed after the sniper update

i tried using focus mode and using mwb guns and the bullet goes to random place, it doesn't go where you aim

focus mode is broken with modern warfare weapons
