According to the pinned post, no. However, I too would like to see this option, since I play on the Sunken World mod map, on a server where we build floating mobile bases on rafts and motorboat platforms/extenders.

I joined the discord, but it looks like there has been no activity there since 2020, and the last dev post was in 2019.

Yeh i think it's dead, everything seems to work fine but i don't think it will be updated any time soon.
