[CONFIG] TurretFillerInstantFill - Seems it not working
Tried Change it to false, no luck. Still Instant transfer.
Tried Changing it to 10,2,1. Nothing has changed.

Maybe the function should work like, you fill the turrets now, then you can only fill them again in a desired time like 1 hour.
Can you tell how this function work?
