License plate. The texture for the license plate is not on the actual model. I looked at the texture and the blue plates are on it, but not on the car. I can't seem to find where the textures are. I recolored the entire texture and the plates are still black so that tells me it's not on that paa file. Where are they?

the plates are not set up as a texture they are defined as just a color in the model so at this moment they cannot be changed.

How can you change the lights to all blue? Someone did it for me on this mod, but I cant figure it out. Have you considered adding blank template models too so we can add our own textures and keep the original Mobile Sheriff texture?
