was looking more for the 2 types of armor, giving T side USP, respawn immunity time, round end time and others. Found all that months back, all except giving T side USP which seems to be only available in maps that allow it.

Just download the official 1v1 server config from ESL https://play.eslgaming.com/counterstrike/csgo/download/26251762/

it has all the commands for 1v1aim map and awp india and more, just put the CFG in the "cfg" folder inside "csgo" in the STEAMAPPS directory and launch a "lobby" on "casual" and "exec esl1on1aim" in the console in match using ~ and it will load the configs. you can restart the round with mp_restartgame 1 to start at a clean slate
