For everyone having checkers on L4D1 infected.

In the change notes for this add-on the creator states that he removed the L4D1 infected. I hope this helped!

I see the L4D1 Infected in some campaigns (e.g Suicide Blitz 2) and they still have checkers.

It can't be fixed, because L4D1 uses an other bone and gore system.
