Second Chapter Glitch
Does anyone know what's up with the first door you need to go through? I have tried several times but it only opens a crack and as such it is basically as far as I can go in that chapter because there doesn't seem to be any other way to move on.

what ? you guys are blind or something ? there is a plank just behind you while facing the door to get on top of the stairs and jump on the roof

I'm assuming you mean the doorway near the saw horses. You enter that building (We'll call it Building A) a different way. Circle around and climb the fire escape on the building you just exited. It takes you to the roof. Cross the roof top and descend the ladder to your left. Climb to the second floor balcony on Building A. Once you find the stair case inside, descend to the first floor and you'll find the door way you mentioned behind the staircase... blocked by a propane tank. Once you remove the propane tank the door will open, but by then it's a moot point, but it WILL allow a quick return to the starting safe house to top out on ammo before continuing.
