Can I spawn dragons with my wished color?

I want to have a white frost dragon like the ones with the purple belly.
But I want the eyes light blue, the belly light blue, the wings light blue, the stripes light blue and so on.
We did spawn several but there was always something who didnt fit.
Is it possible to change the command so I can get my wished dragon?
