I`m using this mod with CE and it works fine.

What bothers me is when pawn runs out of bullets he stops to reload the gun, maybe pawns could also reload their weapons while running,

For the fun of it, add tripping to make it more realistic. c:
is it possible to make accuracy/speed penalties adjustable for individual pawns in-game? I mean, as a dependancy, "you go slower which will result in better accuracy, and you run faster despite it making you unlikely to shoot anything"? Because sometimes i don't need pawns to run at full speed, just to move slightly faster than the enemy, which shouldn't affect accuracy that much, but sometimes i want them to run at full speed, which should actually kill the accuracy apart from random lucky shots.
I think what selen said is pretty good idea. Pawns should be less likey to hit a target while moving.

Addon: Pawns have a chance to drop some of their ammo while reloading their gun while moving. This chance gets lower as the pawn gets better at shooting. This could be toggleable
Although youd have to get another modder to do it, as this modder is no longer modding.
