cl_interp_ratio 1 is better. Less delay

cl_interp_ratio 1 does not make sense,because 1 is designed for stable servers with no packet loss and with ping like 30.cl_interp_ratio 2 is optimal decision for overall servers
But cl_interp_ratio 2 is also doubling your interp in game. Some servers are working on 100ms interp and jumping from 100ms to 50ms is making a really feelable difference

I'm using cl_interp_ratio 1 and I feel pretty good on 50-80 ping servers as well

Again.cl_interp_ratio 1 for perfect servers (unfortunately we don't have them) or when you are host for your own game.

RD has more cvars for slow PCs which you might want to try:
rd_simple_beacons 1 = heal and amplify beacons will use a much cheaper effect
rd_func_precipitation_enable 0 = fully disables snow, rain particles
rd_info_particle_system_enabled 0 = disables smoke, steam, etc static effects placed on maps by level designers
rd_env_projectedtexture_enabled 0 = disables dynamic lights(projected textures)

Just added cvars,but without rd_simple_beacons 1 and mat_drawwater 0,because it's completely disables the visible graphical effect that entails the loss of atmospheric
