I finally discovered why my text color had reverted back to vanilla's dark colors. The file name is kenshi_colours.xml and I've found it used in Shidan's Tweaks & Fixes to add an additional item-grade color.

Placing Dark UI + Shidan's T&F patch bellow (loading after) Dark UI (etc.) and Shidan's Tweaks & Fixes (or any other mods that include a kenshi_colours.xml file) will allow you to order them freely without this specific issue occurring.

Still have the probleme of dark font in the Dialogue Window. Even if i place Shidan's Tweaks & Fixes at the botton of the load mods

Did you find a solution?
I'll assume you have and simply write out a reply for the record.
Shidan's Tweaks and Fixes is the source of this problem, so loading it last will prevent things like the Dark UI + Shidan's T&F patch from solving it.
A patch needs to be loaded after Shidan's T&F to overwrite and correct the problem being caused by the colours.xml being overwritten in the load order when Shidan's T&F is loaded after Dark UI.
