Run speed debuff/buff bug
Here's something I noticed on my latest playthrough.

I have a "buffed" run speed on this character so it should be green like all other buffed values. However it's in red. Usually run-speeds are debuffed more often than not (encumberance) BUT still... if you go to all the trouble of getting your main guy a couple of Specialist grade scout legs you'd expect to be greeted with green! ;D
