Bugs
If you notice that the trinket doesn't affect some enemy, leave a comment here, and I'll try to fix it.

Killing Envy's first biggest form while holding this caused it to split as usual but then each smaller Envy instantly died. Also I never left the room.

Thanks for letting me know. That's only supposed to happen if you make Envy split and then re-enter the room.

When I used this and fought Mega Satan, the enemy wave resumed on re-entering the room, but Mega Satan didn't respawn without me consoling him in.
