Unzip the contents into Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod on your computer. Then it will appear in the mods tab when you start the game.

@Bullet I started writing the mod after 1.22 but off the top of my head there shouldn't be any incompatibilities with 1.22 in versions made after. If you're having a problem loading a later version mod tell me and I can a version that is compatible.
