STAT SUGGESTIONS
PROS
+20% Healing... power | +40% Ubercharge... charge rate | Target can't recieve afterburn damage if it is applied 5 seconds after getting healed | Target gets extinguished when healed.
CONS
Healing beam shoots straight, so it must be aimed (it shoots water) | No overheal | Target gets wet while healing and after the healing stops (lasts 13 seconds)
UBERCHARGE
When activaded, the Hydro Pump's uber negates all fire damage and afterburn. It also gives an overheal x2 times as powerful as the stock overheal. Also, the ubered healing beam spreads out more, so it's kind of similar to the phlogistinator range.


These stats serve as a high-risk high-reward kinda' deal. Because you have to aim it, so it could not heal at all, but when it hits, it heals a lot. Plus, it makes pyros useless basically. But i think it balances out by the fact that it doesn't have overheal. And that a Pyro with the pyro shark weapon (i forgot its name :/) can easily counter it, because it makes the target wet.
I think this weapon could be very, VERY good if used effectively.
