Just replace:
change_government = feudal_monarchy
set_government_rank = 2
With:
if = {
limit = {
dynasty = "Yamato"
}
change_government = japanese_empire
set_government_rank = 3
else = {
change_government = feudal_monarchy
set_government_rank = 2
}
}
I believe upon the next release I will have to bifurcate the decision, to ensure the Yamato dynasty is the ruling dynasty; as it is I’ve noticed even upon setting the ruler and heir as Yamato, fixed dynasty remains the dynasty that chooses the decision.
As it stands the first decision will be probably Establish the Yamato clan as rulers (abolish the shogunate), and second decision will establish the Empire of Japan, in other words change the government to “Japanese Empire”
I'm not familiar enough with meiou and taxes to confidently create a version both compatible and balanced for that. Anyone who wants to can, though, publish their own version.
As I've said before: "It is my policy that anyone can use the work I've done here, and modify or add it to their own mod, and publish it, though please note the original source."
EDIT: After some fiddling around, I believe the mod is incompatible with Draiocht's misc addon. Any idea on why/a fix? This seems like something that might get implemented into BT proper some day tbh
In general, I avoided using a new tag "a nation formation event" (in any of my mods really) because it causes more conflicts with other coding in the game that would use the "♥♥♥" tag; not the least of which is the messing with a good deal of flavor events.
As far as I know, Draiocht's misc addon, is a place for Draiocht to experiment with ideas he has for Beyond Typus, but doesn't want to suddenly implement in the mod. As such its sort of a quasi-beta, and it's conflicts with other mods can be unpredictable. My mods are generally designed with the base BT in mind.
Could you explain in more detail what happens? (every little detail helps) And, before I begin data-mining could you give me a list of all the other mods you had enabled at the time?
This mod is not tested for ET, and probably not compatible.
