livestream and twitch work in private theaters but not in public theaters; it's intended to work this way or it's a bug?

hi, I want to solve a problem, well I downloaded the gamemode installed everything right, but when I walk into a movie theater the screen is all white and I can do nothing and ran the game mode ..... already put to not accelerate the hardware installed flash player did not work out again and continued the same thing ...... For whatever reason, Flash isn't being detected even though I have Flash for Other Browsers.

there is no difference between normal chat and global chat, it's everytime global. it's pretty annoying to read comments from other theaters.
