Temporary fix for 360/544p in middle of screen

Hi i dont know if you know this a friend of mine found a temporary fix for the 360/544p in middle of screen if you type cinema_toggle_controls
in the console then hold q for mouse control select quality then type that back in the console it'll be fixed on the main screen
