Skin/player models

Hi, I want to know if it is possible to allow players to use the skin menu of garry's mod on a server using Cinema.

If so, what are the commands to use?

You have to choose the playermodel in Sandbox, then it will be used on Cinema too. The only problem is, well you can't see bodygroups.
