Possible cause for the common bug of floating terminals
The possible cause to this bug could be when attempting to use Save Game or gm_save. I think GMod conflicts with the addon therefore persisting the terminals in one place, usually being the center of the map. Just saying incase it helps with fixing the bug.

no it doesn't, past me, the real cause is a lua thing that multiplies them
