Zombies do not spawn!
started a new game in mp with friend zombies didnt spawn i seen a chunk in british raj missing where it should be but no zombies / country
after a while still nothing spawning even events dont start!

they will not spawn if some countries have been shattered this has happened to me when i divided Scandinavia to release sapmi

not sure if this is a bug or if i'm just not doing it right but when i play japan i notice that when they get up to the puppets of japan and declare war they join the anti zombie faction and no longer be your puppet

i just spent the past 3hrs on this game for them not to spawn XO. all that time.... wasted

if they not spawning, you gnna need to either play as india and release them, and make sure u give them a military factory so they can produce their virus, and then theyll be a threat after a while
