I think you should have the zombies annex each region/state rather than each nation. The current system means that when Germany conquers France, the zombies get all the land because they annex all of France and her colonies. It gets wierder when the zed 'liberate' Free France in the Vichy territories, who keep attacking and white peacing.

Once the zed reach Europe, hidden events trigger, spawning units in Britain, Japan and Florida. Australia appears to be entirely immune as no such event triggered for me.

early into my game the zombie horde joined the axis as Germnay declared war on france early. is there a way to hard lock them into their own faction, or make them not able to join other factions?

Can It be so that the zombies don't spawn at the start, and they randomly pop in?

Like, have a randomly occuring event that gives one predetermiend state to the zombies, and loads an OOB.

ummm it keeps saying 0 attack and 0 defecnce in the "battle bubbles" idk whats wrong and it makes it hard for me to understand if i am winning or losing also please update this mod i love it and just want it to work properly :D THXXX!!!

The zombie Org is in the mid-millions, so it always looks like they're winning.

Thats true. Just don't look at the bubbles, the Zombies are not allways winning. I tried to make it so that the zombies loose a lot more "men" than the other nations.
