Bug Reports
Please post any vanilla bug reports here. This includes anything that isn't properly cleansing, or any cleansed items that aren't properly equip-/upgrade-/smith-/enchant-able.

I will also be posting bugs I discover here as a way to track them, and let you know what isn't working at the moment.

Note: this mod file will only support vanilla items, but there is dlc support coming in the form of separate add-ons for each dlc.

Known bug: Cleansing a Dragon Mask will prevent you from getting the last mask.

Thanks for using the Bug Report Discussion, Faust, it helps me track it. However, I need more info: when did this start happening, which of my files/patches do you have, have you gotten the update notifications for DG/DB? What other mods do you have? I haven't had anyone else with this issue yet, and it works fine on my version, so I'm unsure what the problem is.

Subscribed and Whiterun immediately started crashing to desktop. Unsubscribing to see if that's the problem.I'm running Whiterun Rebuilt and Adura's Merchant mod so this may just be too much for my memory.

Having the same issues as Faustnecross.

Edit: I noticed that it use to say something like "this will take 1:30 sec" it does not show that line now.

Same problem. Have vanilla, DG, DB patches installed. Pressing the button does nothing. Also have sporadic CTD that may or may not be related. I did have previous CTD caused by the cleanser.

K all, thanks for the bug reports. It seems this is a problem with the base file and NOT the patches, since Faust is getting the problem too. I'll be rolling back that file for the moment and trying to figure out what the hell happened. Anybody got an easy way to let me download a bad save file (dropbox, google drive, etc?), preferably without too many mods, so I can do some more digging?

Alright guys, I'm unable to reproduce on my local machine with the most recent updates, across different saves that have various levels of patches applied. In order to track down the problem, I'm gonna need more info - specifically:

*time it stopped working, as precise as you can get it
*which DLC you have installed
*which patches you have installed

Zombie, it's likely that Whiterun Rebuilt and I are attempting to modify the same cell and it is causing conflicts. I'm not sure if there's anything I can do on my end, but you could look into wrye bash, or adjusting your load order (i'd put whichever one you want to use last each time you load).

There's supposed to be a letter on top - put in dwarven oil after your items!

I put the oil in and nothing's happening-oh, and the note wasn't there-I had to add it via console
