I would rather have this be a Detonator reskin, because the mannmelter sucks (pre-update) and also uses different animations without reload so that wouldn't work or work poorly.

Shoots energy flares, which pass through enemies
On third consecutive hit with one flare, this deals crits
Flares disable buildings for 2.5 seconds
-75% Clip Size
-25% Damage Penalty

This might sound wierd, but bear with me.
On hit: +15 health, can overheal.
On hit: target gets knocked towards you
Does not deal any additional damage to burning enemies
20% damage penalty
Initiation and healing at the cost of damage.

Seperated flares deal 30 damage and cause 4 seconds of afterburn that deals 4 damage a second.

Cons:
-25% damage
Reflected flares deal critical damage to you!

These are literally the most overpowered flare gun stats I've ever seen.
