EDIT: Also, how much can you mess with the nukes? I understand that their coding is quite impossible to modify, but for this mod it would very much fit if they could be absolutely destructive.
@Springlocks Yup, eventually once technology has advanced enough nations will be able to start reversing the effects of the Nuclear Winter.
@cammys2311 Absolutely, they probably won't cause demiliterization zones though. If a nation wants to move their army into a deadly radstorm, that's on their heads.

It seems form what I've seen that the Nation that you don't choose negelcts building forces even if you spectate or tag them they won't train troops
