A few kinks
I love this idea, and the animation behind it. There two issues I would like to address and hopefully those you can take into consideration.

1. The Demoman's lower body armor sometimes clips through the Demoman's legs.
2. The loop transition can be improved a little bit, in my opinion

Yeah clipping is not good! But i like how it transitions...

For the clipping lower body armor it's because of the cosmetic.
