I think Nezha already does the Hatsune Miku look better without an ult helmet

What... H-how... Nezha has a chinese style ribbon on their head...

Octavia is the music frame, It makes sense for them to have a skin like this and it has nothing to do with Nezha having a 'similar' (if that) skin...

Seriously though, how is having flat ribbons the same as Miku?

Just because the way his entire frame is colored makes it look alot like miku if done properly

I don't agree with you but I guess this is more subjective than objective so I can't really argue against it...
