How come this mod disables one of the mods that I have that changes the generic focus tree?

The generic focus tree is altered in this mod, it may have to do with that.

Well, I'm not sure this is the bug that connected more to this mod or to Road to 56 mod, but why when I combine the bad AI mod with Road to 56 mod, the entire seven nations (UK, USA, France, Japan, Italy, Germany, Soviet Union) got the vanilla national focuses instead of the Road to 56's unique national focuses?

For example, Germany in Road to 56 has the democracy, communism, and monarchy ways. But with Bad AI, Germany has the vanilla national focuses. Only happened with those seven nations.

This happens without other national focus mods on as well. The only focus mod I have on makes them take half the time for completion. At least try to fix that?
