you need to scale down your UI settings (to like 70 on 1080p x 1920p) to see all the races

Then reduce your UI Scaling further until the selection doesn't warp towards the left side of the scren anymore.

I have a problem when I want to play online campaign I do not leave the factions in the selection is a bug or is not able to play online campaign
