- General Bug-Fixes

- Minor ideology changes

- New Nations: Corsica, Cyprus, and Hawaii

- Fixed AI usage of the generic focus tree. AI should now choose focuses related to their existing government.

- Territorial Changes: Belgium and Luxembourg no longer exist. Belgian Congo has been changed to Dutch Congo.

- New Flags

- Lore Events for American Dominion, United Kingdom, and Lakota Confederation.

- Minor name changes for British Puppets

By the way, there's a Political Advisor for the Austrian Reich called Julius Raab that doesn't give you any bonuses.
