Q: do they have anything to do with eachother?
A: They're both really tall, really strong, aggressive, fearsome opponents, and I like both of them.
Other than that no, not really.

Q: Does Grievous retain his original bone structure, or is he running a completely different skeleton?
A: Yes sir he retains his original skeleton, and because of this he is extremely fun to pose! Look at my screenshots, it's obvious I find it fun.
