Unit size bug ?
SFO should change the original values to the 125% right ? Tested it with and without SFO and unit size values are still the same, even tried to use 150%/200% unit size mods ( for SFO ofc ) and getting the same vanilla values. Then I've tried 200% unit size mod for vanilla and it works, so is it a bug ?

Are you sure you turned it on? And remember that unit size change does not affect current campaing you gotta start a new one

Yes, I know all that. It must be that 1.9.2 beta, everything was fine with the 1.9.1. Guess I will wait when it goes live.
