I have started a campaign with this mod and the classless idea is interesting but it does create some hurdles when it comes to assigning soldiers to missions. It would be nice if when a soldier completes specialist training it shows in the soldier list instead of operative. The names of the first soldier skill would also be helpful if displayed since some of them are important to certain map types. It has been an enjoyable campaign and I look forward to seeing some of the other changes.
