I already use modified script in my voice packs; the reason you cannot use them for legacy XCOM 2 is because they are created with WoTC modding tools.
Adding all these voices for the vanilla version means that I need to re-create them from scratch and I am not going to do that.
But since you mentioned the voices you want, I have created and posted them here [drive.google.com] for you- just add to 'mods' folder as you would with any other non-steam mod.
You really didn't have to but *grabby hands*
