Ok, so I've been playing as North Vietnam and just reached 1952.

It really feels like NV is overpowered as it is right now. You get a substantional amount of factories after you've won the independence war (which is really easy) and then the FT boosts you with 21 military factories and 12 civilian factories that can be obtained in just a few years after the start of the game. This all lets you snowball really easily and right now I'm in Jan 1952 and have an industry that outproduces several western European countries. The 2 research slots hurts but it's more than manageable so eh.

Is North Vietnam really supposed to be this strong?
