Then Make sure you have Windows Linus or whatever but no MAC Because if you have Mac you need to download it manually

actually you dont have it bought, you would see the mouse icon saying "has Hearts of Iron IV"

You can add your key from their website to your steam, go to games -> activate a product on steam.
