No, but if you put the word 'stat' in the title, everyone will.

+Killing a Medic will give you the Uber of that MediGun for 5 seconds, regardless of how much charge he had.
+25 Max Health.

-Can only absorb one Uber at a time. You also can't steal an Uber if you are Crit / Mini-Crit boosted.
-Random Crits deal 120 damage.
